DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF USE
Redwood Asset Management Inc. is the investment manager to a number of mutual and hedge fund products. Important information about these funds, including management fees, commissions, trailing commissions, other charges and expenses is contained in their respective simplified prospectus or offering memorandum. Please read them carefully before investing. Unless noted otherwise, rates of return for periods greater than one year are historical annual compound total returns and include changes in unit value and reinvestment of all distributions, but do not take into account sales, redemption or optional changes payable by an investor which would have reduced rates of return. Mutual funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently and investment returns will fluctuate. Performance data represents past performance and is not indicative of future performance. This is not a solicitation.
